Peter Widmer

Peter Widmer, Dr. phil., is a philosopher and Zen teacher. He began meditating at the age of 17 and has offered Zen courses at the Lassalle-Haus since 1998. In 2004, he became an authorised Zen teacher. He has collected Zen poems for over 20 years and uses them for Zen training. For him, they are an expression of deep wisdom and a powerful means of inner transformation.
