They see cooking and eating as a tedious chore that needs to be done as quickly as possible. They think that they don’t have the time to take good care of themselves. But if we really want to have a healthy diet, provide our bodies with all of the nutrients that they need, as well as feeling alert and energetic after eating, we should focus on how we prepare and consume our meals: Mindfulness while cooking and eating lays the foundation for good digestion.
