How to Pray

"This little school of prayer was created through requests by many people who have not yet been able to or could no longer pray, with whom I was allowed to search for ways to pray – whether in seminars or as spiritual guidance. And it came about through my own searching and questioning. The school of prayer doesn't claim to be complete. It isn't a systematic treatise or a basic course. Instead, I have worked out and prayed for everything that I can present here on my own, discussed it in seminars, encouraged people to think about it in spiritual retreats and tried it out in the practice. I only present the ways of praying that I have personally practiced since it is better to be silent about what you don't know."
