Hildegard Möller lives in Münster and was the owner and chef de cuisine for two gastronomy establishments after completing her studies. The ecotrophologist has continued her creative craft at her desk in recent years. As a cookbook author and food journalist, she is passionate about writing and cooking. She likes to experiment at home with products from her own garden, where everything from apples to lemon balm grows. Thorbecke has already published her German-language book Limo, Brause & Spritz about soft drinks, fizzy drinks and spritzes.
